Mixed moles and stoichiometry exam questions
Some questions need one good idea. Others combine several calculations. Read the problem, decide how to start and work towards the answer. You can get clues or check your steps whenever you need them.
These are original questions based on the kinds of reasoning needed in A-level Chemistry exams. They aren't copied from past papers.

Exam practice includes straightforward-looking questions with unfamiliar wording, as well as longer calculations.
Check the stages you've chosen to work through. Follow-through checking is available on some established question families.
What these questions practise
In an exam, you may need to decide which substance a measurement refers to, work back from a product to an original sample, or combine the results of two reactions. The wording can be unfamiliar even when the chemistry is Year 12 content.
You can start with short questions, practise mixtures and analysis, or select a longer calculation. The further challenges are deliberately demanding, but they use the same chemistry and you can work through them without a timer.
Choose a single moles skill if you need practice with the individual steps. You can also use the existing extended calculation chains. Those questions remain available.
